Cancellation Policy
- theschoolmall.com has a cancellation and refund policy. However theschoolmall.com reserves the right to accept or reject the cancellation request.
- theschoolmall.com shall not be liable, held responsible nor considered as a party in default for any delay in delivery of product/s due to any unforeseen circumstances which are beyond the control of theschoolmall.com or its affiliates and without its fault or negligence, but not limited to, acts of God, war, riots, embargoes, strikes, lockouts, Covid-19, acts of any Government authority, delays in obtaining licenses or rejection of applications under the Statutes, failure of telephone connections or power failure, fire, floods or natural calamity.
- In case you (“Customer”) wish to cancel the order placed on theschoolmall.com, the Order shall be eligible for cancellation if its status is pending, under processing or out for delivery. In case your Order is shipped or delivered, Cancellation and return of the Order shall be possible at the discretion of theschoolmall.com for You shall raise a cancellation request at noreply@theschoolmall.com.
- Once the cancellation request is raised by you, theschoolmall.com shall check whether the Order is eligible for cancellation. In case the Order is accepted for cancellation, theschoolmall.com shall cancel the Order at its end and refund the amount to you as per the Refund Policy.
theschoolmall.com Refund Policy
- On the acceptance of cancellation request by theschoolmall.com, the refund shall be processed by theschoolmall.com after deduction of refund processing charges and administration charges, per order, as mentioned below:

- The Standard Refund time frame shall be 5-7 Business/Working Days from the date of ‘Acceptance of Cancellation of Order’ confirmation received by you.
- The processed refund shall directly be credited to the source payment mode/bank made by you at the time of placing the Order.
- Note: theschoolmall.com reserves the right to amend, modify, delete or add any such terms under the Cancellation and/or Refund policy, at any time, which shall also apply to the Orders previously placed by you.
